Job Description
- Paint Offices, building Exterior, refinery metal equipment, mix paints.
- Repair/replace some piping and carpentry-office shelving.
- Minor replacement of ceiling tiles, bathroom fixers.
- Relocating office furniture, cleaning rugs.
- Identify hazardous materials
Required Skills
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, good reading and writing skills. Physically be able to Lift 40 lbs.
